Котлеты из индейки с зеленью Время приготовления - 30 минут Примерная стоимость 4-х порций - 200 рублей. Ингредиенты на 4 порции Филе индейки - 600 г Белый хлеб - 4 куска Молоко - 100 мл Лук репчатый - 1 головка Яйцо куриное - 1 штука Чеснок - 2 зубчика Петрушка рубленая - 3 столовые ложки Мука пшеничная - 2 столовые ложки Соль - по вкусу Перец черный молотый - по вкусу Инструкция 1. В блендере порубить филе в фарш. Хлеб размочить в молоке, отжать и добавить к индейке, перемешать и убрать в холодильник. 2. В сковороде обжарить измельченные лук и чеснок до мягкости, добавить петрушку, перемешать. Добавить к фаршу луковую смесь, взбитое яйцо, приправить и перемешать до образования однородной массы. 3. Из полученного фарша сформировать котлеты и обвалять их в муке.
