Their Crispy Pinakbet is the best and most unique version of all the crispy pinakbets today. It’s semi-deconstructed. That means, the meat and vegetables that are coated in a special batter and deep-fried to crunchy perfection are separated from the sauce. Crunchy pork belly is served on top.
